Quality Control

Every batch goes through 3-stage QC with AQL 2.5 standard.

Buyers need measurable quality controls before they trust a supplier. This page gives your sales team a concrete QC story before full inspection photos and third-party reports are ready.

Stage 1

Raw Material Inspection

Fabric color difference, EVA density, outsole coefficient, and incoming material appearance are checked before production.

Stage 2

In-Process Inspection

Production lines inspect size, weight, logo position, seam appearance, and packing status every 2 hours.

Stage 3

Final Shipment Inspection

Final random inspection follows AQL 2.5 Level II, with 5% batch sampling and 100% visual appearance review.
